Health Lecture: “Eat Smart for Muscle Strength UP! UP!”

This seminar specially invited Nutritionist Ying-Ying Li to share key concepts of healthy eating through clear and easy-to-understand explanations.
Through professional and practical content, participants were guided to re-examine how to eat more healthily and how proper nutrition can effectively support muscle strength.
During the session, Nutritionist Li gradually introduced the principles of protein intake. In addition to the theoretical explanation, she also demonstrated two healthy recipes on site, allowing participants to gain a more concrete and hands-on understanding of healthy eating.
