On April 20, 2024 (Saturday), the Women's Federation For World Peace-Taiwan held its annual general meeting alongside a charity auction and fundraising event.

The Taipei Tsai Hsueh-Ni Charity Foundation donated three pieces of fashion apparel repurposed from traditional qipaos, redesigned into modern wear. These outfits were showcased by models at the event, sharing the deeper meaning behind them—an embodiment of cultural heritage, craftsmanship, and sustainability. This project tells a heartfelt story of cherishing resources and embracing sustainable fashion. Ms. Hsueh-Ni Tsai once managed the Fuxing Home Economics Institute while simultaneously teaching at Chinese Culture University and Shih Chien Junior College (now Shih Chien University), a period she holds dear. Now, reconnecting with the Fashion Design Department of Shih Chien University, she hopes that this gesture will continue to pass on cultural beauty and goodwill.
