On the journey of promoting education, Founder Hsueh-Ni Tsai devoted herself tirelessly with passion and perseverance, all driven by her firm belief in education and her deep concern for the future of children.

While striving to expand educational opportunities, she faced an unexpected setback. She once collapsed due to an accident—almost as if it were a warning. When she regained consciousness, she realized that the ambulance had yet to arrive, filling her with deep concern.

If such a situation happened to someone else, the consequences could be unimaginable. This realization sparked an idea—she decided to donate ambulances to help respond to emergencies, ensuring that those in need could receive timely assistance.

Years later, when the number of ambulances became sufficient, the Taipei City Government informed Ms. Hsueh-Ni Tsai that the more urgent need was now rehabilitation buses.

Without hesitation, she responded to the call, and the "Hsueh-Ni" rehabilitation buses began traversing the city's streets, bringing hope and warmth to those in need.

Hsueh-Ni Tsai's philanthropic efforts have illuminated society's hidden corners, inspiring many more to care for their community and contribute with love.
