Ms. Hsueh-Ni Tsai has an unwavering passion for helping others, caring deeply for society with immense compassion. Over the years, beyond her professional responsibilities, she has frequently visited and supported those in need, traveled to disaster-stricken areas, participated in volunteer service teams, and provided long-term assistance to elderly individuals without family, orphans, people with disabilities, and dedicated police and firefighters—all without expecting anything in return.

She has shown long-term concern for and provided support to hardworking police and firefighters. Additionally, during Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival, she has visited and comforted elderly individuals, as well as children in orphanages and residents of the Yangmingshan Home for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
