A Guiding Star for Children｜Family Support and Child Protection
Facing the Growing Online Risks in the Digital Era, Taipei City Government Launches the “A Guiding Star for Children – The Safety Net Action”In response to the increasing online risks in the digital age, the Taipei City Government, in collaboration with the Taiwan Coalition Against Violence and multiple partners to strengthen safety protections for children and adolescents in out-of-school learning environments.
DeYu Education Group, in its role as an educational organization, is actively participating in the initiative by connecting families, tutoring institutions, and community resources. The group assists parents and children in understanding and responding effectively to digital sexual violence and online risks, fostering a safer and more informed environment for youth in the digital world.
The “A Guiding Star for Children – The Safety Net Action” will launch 20 workshops aimed at helping tutoring institutions and parents understand the latest forms of digital sexual violence, learn proper ways to respond to image leaks and online threats, and strengthen parent–child communication. DeYu Education Group will continue to protect children through education, support families in navigating the challenges of the digital era, and collaborate with communities and society at large to ensure that children can learn safely and grow happily in a caring environment.
